Candy is the BOMB! We were looking at a super cheap place that most realtors wouldn't have much to gain from selling. Some didn't even follow up with us after finding out what we were looking at! But Candy was just as excited for us to get it as we were. Very communicative and fast to respond. To say she worked her butt off would be an understatement! It was a very long process due to issues encountered along the way that had nothing to do with her, but she stuck with us, working fast and hard to make sure if we still wanted it, we would get it. She is knowledgeable and utilizes electronic documentation so that we didn't have to meet every other day to sign something, and everything could be done in a matter of moments. I will be using her for any of my future real estate needs!
