On the day after I accepted the offer, I told Candace I would call her next week to see when the closing was. She responded that she would call me instead once that info was determined. She never called me and closed the deal with my father without any heads up or allowing me to review the closing doc's. My dad is 95 years old and doesn't have the capacity to see if the doc's are correct.

Candy is the BOMB! We were looking at a super cheap place that most realtors wouldn't have much to gain from selling. Some didn't even follow up with us after finding out what we were looking at! But Candy was just as excited for us to get it as we were. Very communicative and fast to respond. To say she worked her butt off would be an understatement! It was a very long process due to issues encountered along the way that had nothing to do with her, but she stuck with us, working fast and hard to make sure if we still wanted it, we would get it. She is knowledgeable and utilizes electronic documentation so that we didn't have to meet every other day to sign something, and everything could be done in a matter of moments. I will be using her for any of my future real estate needs!
